To book we simply require a non-refundable deposit of £250 and we provide all of the following:
A fully stocked bar with a drinks menu of your choice for the duration of the event
5 hours bar service
A Council authorised Temporary Events Notice, if required, to allow the sale of alcohol
At least two qualified, friendly members of staff to mix and serve the drinks
High quality Biodegradable plastic glassware and paper straws
If your venue is not located near mains electricity we will provide quiet running generators
We have refrigerators and ice coolers so all your drinks will be chilled
We clear and remove all used glassware, bottles etc
Where you are funding the bar (so your guests do not pay for drinks) our minimum spend* is £750 and is payable in advance of your event. For private cash bars,(where your guests pay for their drinks) we require a deposit for the minimum spend, which is refunded once the minimum spend is met and deducted if not. For events over 5 hours there is an additional hire charge of £50/hour. We also offer a pop up bar for inside a marquee, exhibition space, office or village hall.
*Minimum spend is in addition to the booking deposit. For venues further than 15 miles from TN6 postcode there is a mileage charge of £0.45 per mile round trip. Fee to supply a generator: £20.
